Our Mission & Values

We value creativity, collaboration, and community spirit — and we’re proud to serve as a gathering place where all are welcome, whether you’re a performer, patron, or passerby discovering something new.
Meet Our Team
Our staff brings together a unique blend of passion, professionalism, and playfulness. They’re the faces you’ll see behind the scenes making sure every detail shines.

Lindsay Bauer
Lindsay Bauer has spent her career bringing people together through the arts. As Executive Director of the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center, she leads programming, operations, and community partnerships with warmth and vision.
A recognized arts leader across Iowa, Lindsay currently serves as President of the Iowa Cultural Coalition and is the Immediate Past President of the Iowa Presenters Network. She leads with kindness, compassion, and quiet confidence — fueled by a good cup of tea, a love of winter and snowfall, and the pure joy of watching a child experience the magic of live theater for the very first time.

As Operations Manager, he oversees the facility itself, making sure the spaces, systems, and day-to-day logistics are ready to support everything from performances to community gatherings.
No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly where Tommy shines. With an eye for what needs attention and a hands-on approach to problem solving, he keeps FACC moving, adapting, and functioning — often behind the scenes, always essential to the experience.
