Grammy-winning ensemble Sō Percussion joins forces with Pulitzer Prize and Grammy Award-winning composer, vocalist, and musician Caroline Shaw, featuring special performances by her acclaimed electro-pop duo Ringdown, for an evening of genre-defying music that pushes the boundaries of contemporary performance.
The program features selections from Rectangles and Circumstance, Sō Percussion and Caroline Shaw’s Grammy-winning collaboration, alongside music from their acclaimed album Let the Soil Play Its Simple Part. The performance also includes music by Ringdown, Shaw’s innovative duo with singer-songwriter Danni Lee Parpan, whose cinematic electro-pop sound brings a fresh and intimate dimension to the evening.
